2. Special product delivery regulations

  • Consecration products : Before shipment, the Feng Sui team will perform an "energy sealing ceremony", and the package will come with "purification salt" to maintain energy purity

  • Customized products (such as engraved eight-character bracelets): production period 3-7 working days , after shipment, email the fortune teller to explain the video

3. Tracing and exception handling

2. Return and Exchange Rules

  • The product is unused and the energy seal is intact (e.g. the talisman seal sticker is not damaged)

  • For non-customized products (such as generic crystal bracelets), please apply within 7 days after receiving the goods.

  • Wrong delivery or obvious product defects (such as blurred rune carvings, accessories falling off)

❌ No return or exchange conditions

  • The consecrated product has activated the energy storage (the purification salt packaging has been opened)

  • Customized products based on birth date and horoscope (including manual analysis report by fortune teller)

  • Exceeding the return application period or failing to provide complete packaging

2. Return Process

  1. Application stage : Submit a return or exchange application on the "Order Inquiry" page of the official website, and upload "Photos of the current condition of the product"

  2. Energy unbinding : The "Customer-Jipin Energy Separation Ceremony" will be remotely conducted by Master Fengsui's team (birth date is required)

  3. Return goods : send back to the designated address in the original packaging (do not write any notes to avoid disturbing the energy field)

  4. Exchange/Refund : After confirmation, it will be processed within 3 working days (Exchange will be given priority to reissued products that have been re-blessed)

3. Refund Instructions

  • Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees and customized service fees (such as fortune-telling) will not be refunded.

  • If the payment method is credit card, the funds will be refunded to the original card (approximately 7-14 working days)

  • For those who paid using the convenience store code, please provide your bank account information to process a remittance refund.

3. Special Notes

1. Impact of energy product returns

  • Returned consecrated products will undergo "karma purification incineration" to avoid energy backlash

  • Personal numerology information (such as birth date) generated by returns will be completely destroyed within 7 days

2. Defective Product Remedy
